William R. (Bill) Cosgray
Alumni of Texas Tech, Bill earned a bachelors of science in civil engineering. He has been a licensed General Contractor for nearly 30 years, completing projects across the Southeast US and Texas, on various project types including multifamily, single family, mid-rise, and commercial developments. Additionally, Bill is licensed real estate agent and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute, and Real Estate Investment Council.

John Hartman
Alumni of Duquesne University, John earned a bachelor of science in accounting. Upon graduation, he joined Bradley in 1984. John’s broad understanding of finance and accounting stems from experience in construction, property management, and real estate development. John’s prowess in management skills and the implementation of computer technologies ensure the office administration sustains quality and effectiveness.

Ryan Krueger
Alumni of Indiana University, Ryan earned a bachelor of arts in business administration. He possesses over 30 years of experience in various scopes of construction across different project types in the Midwest United States.

Richard (Dick) Funk
Alumni of Ohio State University, Dick earned his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering. He is an inspiring business man with a professional engineer certificate in Ohio, a real estate broker license in Florida, and the Navy Commendation Medal from his service in the Vietnam War.

William (Billy) Stirnkorb
Alumni of University of Cincinnati, Billy earned a bachelor of arts in business. He has over 30 years of experience in construction across the Midwest and Florida over various commercial project types. His previous self-employed endeavors provide him the skills of an exemplary manager.
Director of Construction
Nathan Cosgray
Nathan has worked his way up through every position on the construction side of multifamily building - assistant superintendent to superintendent, assistant project manager to project manager, and now director of construction. He oversees ongoing construction, working closely with each project manager, owner, and subcontractor. His practical knowledge and management skills lends him to the broad array of responsibilities in his role. Nathan is the second oldest of Bill’s five children.

Carter Cosgray
Alumni of University of Florida, Carter earned a bachelor of science and a master of science in Food and Resource Economics, and a master of science in Economics from Florida State University. Carter’s experience working in research and consulting in academia, the Florida state government, and private corporations lends him to an analytical role focusing on estimating, contracts, and finance. Carter is the oldest of Bill’s five children.
Project Manager
Joshua Grass
Alumni of University of North Florida and Western Governors University, Joshua earned a bachelor of science in Construction Management and his Masters in Business Administration. He worked in the field as a superintendent on various projects throughout central Florida. After obtaining his PMP certification, he began the Project Manager role in 2022. Joshuas understanding of the field operation aides him in being an effective Project Manager on new developments.
