Richard Bradley Funk
Chairman, Founder

Richard Bradley Funk completed a four-year tour of duty in the United States Navy as Assistant Officer in Charge of Construction at the Naval Ordinance Laboratory in Washington, D.C. He then attended Ohio State University on a full merit scholarship from the United States Navy, completing a five-year engineering course and receiving a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree in 1967.

Mr. Funk came to Florida in 1973 and founded Bradley Construction Co., Inc. in 1975. He has been involved in every aspect of the contracting business including general project management, engineering, designing, developing and building houses, condominiums, apartments and commercial projects. He has become an expert in the field of construction under a multitude of government programs over the past thirty plus years and is a Certified General Contractor and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.

William R. (Bill) Cosgray, Jr.
President, Owner

Bill Cosgray attended Texas Tech University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Bill began working in the field for Bradley Construction in 1985. He progressed through the various aspects of construction and assumed the role of Vice President in 1997 and the role of President in 2004. Bill is a partner with Mr. Funk in the ownership of Bradley Construction Co., Inc. He directs the daily operations of the company and oversees the procurement and completion of current and future projects.

Bill possesses extensive experience in both new construction and renovation projects. His resume includes large multifamily projects, single family housing, mid-rise buildings, and a spectrum of commercial developments. Bill is a Certified General Contractor and has completed projects in the states of Florida, Georgia, Texas, Alabama and Tennessee. He is a Florida licensed real estate agent and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute and the Real Estate Investment Council.

Charlie Hunt
Vice President, Construction Operations

Charlie Hunt has been involved in all capacities of the construction industry for over twenty-five years. His career includes; hands on experience working in the field; general superintendent for high-rise, multi family, metal building projects, Big box retail and institutional projects; project manager of 100+ construction projects; owned and managed a multi-million dollar interior tenant build out company. He obtained his Certified General Contractor’s license in 1986 after moving to Florida to manage and develop raw land for a national holding company. He is also a Leed Accredited Professional and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.

He is currently responsible for the direct project management and construction operations of Bradley Construction.

Anthony E. Kirkland
Chief Estimator, Project Manager

Anthony Kirkland is a native of the State of Florida and received his Bachelor of Building Construction Degree from the University of Florida in 1981. He has been a licensed General Contractor since 1982.

With first hand experience in most construction trades including carpentry, concrete, masonry and interior finish, Anthony has provided Bradley Construction Co., Inc. with estimating and project management in the development and construction of apartment communities, subdivisions, commercial projects and renovations since 1989.

John C. Hartman
Treasurer

John, a graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, joined Bradley Construction Co., Inc. in 1984. John’s knowledge of accounting in the construction, property management and real estate development fields has earned him the position of Treasurer of the company.

John’s expertise in computer technology and his management skills have assured the company the highest quality in office administration.
